You can request a specific model. Our service will make an attempt to find a car based on your requirements. Additional charges may apply based on car type and availability.
Is the service price fixed? +
Yes, but it may be adjusted based on your requirements such as car type and model.
What is included in this service? +
Service charges, fuel costs, and driver allowance are all-inclusive.
What is excluded from this Inside City Service? +
- Half-Day Package includes 4 hours inside the metropolitan city, maximum 40KM running.
- Full-Day Package includes 10 hours inside metropolitan city and maximum 80KM running. Extra hour and bill charges apply thereafter.
What is excluded from this Outside City Service? +
For One Way:
- Bill calculated based on pick-up and drop-off points.
- Extra KM applies for additional destinations.
- Charge of BDT 28 per KM for new locations.
For Round Trip:
- Car will drop you, wait for 2 hours, and return. Waiting charges apply if staying longer.
Can I choose any route to reach my destination for outside city car rental? +
No, you must follow the designated route. Changes may incur additional KM charges.
What is the extra KM and extra hour charge? +
- Sedan Car Extra Charge: BDT 300/hour
- Hiace & Noah Extra Charge: BDT 400/hour
- Extra KM Charge: BDT 28 per KM
